I almost cannot believe that I do not have a post or any content relating to my other “novel in progress” (or rather more accurately stalled and unsure if it will ever get picked up again) I, Corporation.
It was supposed to be my third book, and a deliberate break in style – an attempt to write a satire about corporations, and what would happen if one person decided to incorporate their life, and live as a corporation.
I found the demand of trying to write another novel a little much so tried breaking it down into more of a blog post format, which works for a bit, but doesn’t allow you the freedom to go back and redraft / fix stuff, so I think I just let it peter out.
It’s perhaps showing its age a little, and could do with a good redraft from the ground up if I’m honest. But I have put a lot of work into it so far, and if there is a publisher out there looking for a book like this, let me know 🙂
